A cargo fire on Interstate 65 has backed up both directions of travel in Williamson County.
The incident happened Monday afternoon in the southbound lanes of the interstate near mile marker 57.
Officials with the Tennessee Department of Transportation said the roadway was closed to southbound drivers. Northbound traffic could expect some delays.
Crews said the roadway was expected to be cleared by 9:30 p.m.
