NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A woman's body was found early Tuesday morning on the side of a road near Percy Priest Lake.
Metro police said a passing driver found the body, which appears to be of an adult woman, in the 2800 block of Ned Shelton Road, not far from the Bell Road intersection. Officers believe the body was left there overnight.
The cause of death is still under investigation, but police said the body showed no indications of trauma that would have resulted in death. She has been identified as 27-year-old Danielle Marie Dupee.
