10:30 a.m. – Court resumes.
10:32 a.m. – Jason Autry takes the stand.
10:41 a.m. - "What are your expectations?" "Leniency", Jason Autry replied.
10:46 a.m. – Autry stated he was looking for drugs, trying to get in touch with either Shayne Austin or Zach Adams. Zach Adams called him back and said he was busy and would call him back when he got to "a location," that he will contact him. He said he left Benton County headed toward Decatur County via Birdsong Road.
10:51 a.m. – Autry stated Zach said that he needed assistance, he thought it was about meth.
10:54 a.m. – "I need your help to bury this body," Adams said to Autry, according to Autry. Autry replied, "I can't believe you killed Jojo." Adams replied, "That's not Jojo. That's Holly Bobo." Autry explained the body was wrapped in a blanket against the back of the truck. He said he was willing to help bury the body. They parked his car at Yellow Springs Church. There was a burn barrel present where the smell of a meth lab was present. They get in the truck and go down Pew Road, he asked how he was going to bury the body without pick axes and shovels. There was nothing to bury the body with. Autry suggested to gut her, put her in the slew and let the turtles and nature eat them up.
11:04 a.m. – They located a pile of "riff-raff." Adams backed his truck up to the pile under the bridge. They went through several pictures of the location.
11:12 a.m. – Autry got out of the truck and grabbed the upper torso of Holly Bobo, brought her to the end of the tail gate and set her head on the pile of riff-raff. He noticed a small amount of blood in the bed of the truck, maybe the size of an orange. He never looked under the blanket or unwrapped her. After they put the body down, Adams goes to the driver's side of the truck. Autry saw her foot move and heard sounds of distress coming from her. Adams came back with a fanny pack. Autry exclaimed, "This f****** b**** is still alive." Adams retrieved a gun, Autry said "whoa" not to stop Adams, but to be a look out to see if anyone was nearby. Autry looked around and said nothing was coming. He states that he looked back and saw Zach Adams standing over the body then he hears a gunshot. He said it sounded like three shots, "boom boom boom," due to the echo. He describes "dead silence" after the shots. He heard a boat and took off running and thinks they've been seen. They load the body back in the white Nissan truck and take off. Coming out of a drug fueled haze he said he thinks, "This old boy has made some bad decision, and I gotta figured out a way to get some distance from this."
11:27 a.m. - Autry says Natalie Bobo [Holly's cousin] worked as a stripper and worked as a prostitute for drugs. Discussed how Zach knew Natalie and added Zach said Natalie had indicated that Holly would be into sexual activity involving the three of them.

He allegedly wanted Autry to kill his brother, Dylan. Autry said that he told Zach that if he did kill his brother, Autry said he'd [Zach] would be the next. This was after reflection on Zach involving him in the whole situation.

1:29 p.m. – Autry noticed buzzards close to a lake at Kelly's Ridge. He knew that that's where the body had been dumped. He went there to see what he could see. He approached the owners of the property to see if he could go fishing on the property, they declined.
1:37 p.m. – Zach admitted to Autry that he raped Holly Bobo. It was a brief encounter and that his brother helped them [Shayne and Zach] get started [briefly alleged incestuous sexual relations] before the three of them raped her.
