Officials with the Tennessee bureau of Investigation and District Attorney have requested the release of the case file in the shooting death of Jocques Clemmons.
Both have signed a petition requesting the Chancery Court to release all of the information gathered on the shooting of Jocques Clemmons.
Clemmons was killed earlier this year during a confrontation during a traffic stop with Metro Nashville Police Officer Josh Lippert.
The shooting drew large amounts of controversy from local advocates and groups. Several protests were held demanding "Justice for Jocques."
