Officials with the Hendersonville Police Department have asked for the public’s help in locating a theft suspect wanted in two shoplifting cases.
Investigators named 32-year-old Cameron Lee Leaverton as the suspect responsible for two thefts from Walmart in one week.
They said he shoplifted more than $1,000 of merchandise from the store on North Anderson Lane on Jan. 29, and more than $2,000 on Feb. 1.
Surveillance video showed Leaverton leaving in a stolen vehicle. Warrants have been obtained for the two felony thefts.
