One person was killed after his car flipped while driving on Interstate 24 Sunday morning.
The crash happened just after 4 a.m. in the eastbound lanes near the Haywood Lane exit. Police on scene said there were no other vehicles involved.
Sunday afternoon, authorities identified the victim who was killed as 35-year-old Christopher Fuller.
Witnesses told police Fuller was traveling at a high rate of speed when he lost control, went off the road, and overturned.
Officers were investigating whether or not rain played a role in the crash.
There was no evidence of alcohol or drugs being involved.
