Another manager of All About Giving has admitted to stealing money from a federal food program set up to feed hungry low income children.

Tammy Young of Knoxville was in federal court in Nashville where she admitted she worked with her cousin, LaShane Hayes, to steal more than $1.5 million in federal funding.

As NewsChannel 5 Investigates first reported, the two turned in fake reimbursement claims to DHS using fictitious names of day care centers and children to make it appear that they were feeding substantially more kids than they were through their All About Giving program.

Young faces 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine plus up to $550,000 in restitution. She will likely serve substantially less as part of her plea deal.

Last month, LaShane Hayes was sentenced to three and a half months in prison for her role in the scheme.

Prosecutors said others were involved and will likely be charged as well.
