One person died in a crash on Christmas Day in Clarksville on Ashland City Road.
Officials with the Clarksville Police Department said the crash happened around 8:30 a.m. Friday.
Investigators said 64-year-old Phillip Piccone of Woodlawn died after hitting another vehicle head on.
Piccone’s Volkswagen Passat hit a Mitsubishi Endeavor, which had 69-year-old Martha Brashea and 75-year-old William Brashear, both from Clarksville.
Piccone was taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center and Skyline Medical Center, but later died from his injuries.
Martha was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center with serious injuries and William was taken to Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville.
