A court hearing has been rescheduled for a reality TV star accused of raping a female family member.

Toby Willis, the patriarch of the musical family the Willis Clan, was set to appear inside a Cheatham County courtroom at 1:30 p.m. However, that hearing was moved to November 2.

Back in early September, he was charged with child rape.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation began the investigation on August 29 after agents learned Willis allegedly had a sexual encounter about 12-years-ago with an underage female.

Authorities confirmed Willis was told he was not allowed to go around his biological children or his wife.

A spokesperson for TLC, said the network didn't renew "The Willis Family,"and new episodes haven't aired since April. The show followed the musical group, The Willis Clan, which includes the 12 Willis children, as they toured around the country.

One "super fan" who came for the hearing said she's staying neutral and "wants to know more."
