People walking around downtown got an extra special musical treat.
The Music City Drum and Bugle Corp had a rare day off on Wednesday from practicing for their show.
Instead, they had their picture made and performed on the steps of the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
The outdoor, special performance was an exciting sight for many passing by.
For those interested, the group and eight other elite performance groups can be seen in competition Friday night at Vanderbilt.
