A portion of Interstate 24 had to be closed overnight after a semi hauling frozen chicken nuggets caught fire.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. Tuesday on an off-ramp of James Robertson Parkway near downtown Nashville.
Officers with Metro Nashville Police said the fire started in the back brakes on the truck.
At one point, flames could be seen shooting from the back of the trailer.
Officials had to close the interstate while they extinguished the fire and removed the truck.
