A home has been destroyed in a fire in Rutherford County.
The fire happened Friday morning at a home in the 100 block of One Mile Lane in Smyrna.
Details on the fire were limited, but those at the scene said the home appeared to be a total loss.
An investigation has been ongoing to determine the cause of the fire. Reports had not been released regarding if any injuries were involved.
