A driver has been facing charges after crashing his truck into a utility pole in Donelson.
The wreck happened on Lebanon Road near McGavock Pike just before 7 a.m. Saturday.
Lebanon Road was shut down for several hours.
Police confirmed they found drugs and alcohol inside the truck.
The driver was charged with DUI. His identity had not been released.
