A grand jury has indicted Bradley Madden on four counts of statutory rape in Macon County.
Officials said the incidents allegedly occurred with a victim who was at least 13 years of age but less than 18 years old. The indictments also stated the victim was at least four years younger than Bradley.
The district attorney confirmed the charges Wednesday saying the alleged incidents took place during the summer of 2015.
Bradley, who has been in the Simpson County Detention Center in Kentucky, was awaiting extradition to Tennessee.
Bradley is the son of Timothy Madden who was arrested and indicted in the rape and murder of 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin in Scottsville, Kentucky in 2015.
Authorities said the alleged rape incidents were separate from the Gabbi Doolin case.
Bradley had previously been charged with intimidating a participant in the legal process and third degree terroristic threatening for statements he made to the Scottsville Police Department following his father’s arrest.
