It happened on Highway 70 around 3:30 Friday afternoon when his van crossed into the opposing lane of traffic and hit a tractor trailer truck.

The truck then crossed into the opposite lane of Highway 70 and came to a stop in the ditch line north of Highway 70.

The van stopped against a guardrail off the north side of the roadway facing east.

Barry Webb, age 57, of Holladay was driving the truck. He was injured in the crash.

THP tweeted that the other car involved was a commercial vehicle, and that drivers should be alert.
