Holly Bobo Trial Day 10
September 21, 2017
8:34 a.m. – Court resumes, Jury charge begins.
9:43 a.m. – Jury Charge over, recess.
10:01 a.m. – Judge back in court, reminds attorneys about length of closing arguments.
10:04 a.m. - Paul Hagerman: "Six years, and we've been here two weeks and this isn't the first time that Karen Bobo has been in the room with the person that killed her daughter." Hagerman describes where Holly was shot, next to the river. "She wasn't all alone, two bad men, one at her feet and another at her head. With a shot that echoed under that bridge. They kept her, they raped her in a barn then Jason and Zach took her to the river under a bridge."
10:14 a.m. – Prosecutor accuses Dicus of not following the facts, he wouldn't listen. Had he listened this would have been done. He could've gone to all of these characters and got the whole story.
10:27 a.m. – Paul Hagerman hold up the gun to the jury, "This gun". He finishes after 48 minutes.
10:46 a.m. – Recess.
11:00 a.m. – Court resumes
11:07 a.m. – Closing argument for prosecution begins. Zach Rye Adams is 100% innocent of all charges. They provided non-evidence.
1:01 p.m. - Defense finishes, lunch recess.
2:10 p.m. – Rebuttal
3:00 p.m. – Prosecution ends rebuttal with a glare to Zach Adams, as the attorney asked the jury to find him guilty.
3:10 p.m. – Deliberation begins.
4:00 p.m. – Coverage Break
