Eight people have been displaced after fire broke out at an apartment complex in Bellevue.
The incident was reported before 4 a.m. Tuesday at a complex on Waterford Circle.

Fire officials said the blaze started in an upper-level apartment. That unit was destroyed.
Another apartment below sustained smoke and water damage. Firefighters also had to turn off electricity to the entire building.
The cause of the fire was unknown. The fire marshal has been called to the scene.
