2 Who Make Under $50K Can Get Exclusive Buying Rights To A Home

Posted

Are you a future home buyer who feels like houses are getting snatched up right from under you?

Well that's just part of the housing crisis that plagues home buyers in Middle-Tennessee. On Tuesday, Affordable Housing Resources Incorporated unveiled two, three-bedroom homes they will sell to someone who makes under $50,000 a year.

If that applies to you, you can enter the drawing. Two people will be chosen at random, and they will be given exclusive buying rights.

A press conference was held to raise awareness about how difficult it is to get a contract on a home if you make under $50,000 a year.

Residents can enter the drawing by visiting this website between now and the end of October. The properties in the photos above are located in South Inglewood and located on Chapel Avenue and in the Buchanan Arts District.
